We have had a burner catch fire and we called service and they replaced the burner and switch. Wehave know had the second large burner do the same thing .We called service and had to wait a week for them to come. They did not show up. We called again and we would of had to waint another week for a service person we called the kocal Sears store and talked to the manager and we are now waiting for a service person to contact us to come today hopefully . I hope others don,t have the same problems we have had getting service calls. Iwould like to know if anybody else has the same problems with their range and what they did?
