i have a kenmore 911.7378710 gas range, One side ...

i have a kenmore 911.7378710 gas range, One side of the oven burner ignites immediately, but sometimes in takes several seconds or minutes for the other side of the oven burner to ignite. I have blown compressed air thru it and it is clear. Any advise? Thanks.
