Kenmore Elec Range 790.46899902 oven bakes unevenl...

Kenmore Elec Range 790.46899902 oven bakes unevenly. Prof digital therm reads 10-25 degrees too hot. Tried baking tested recipe 10 degrees lower, cake sinks. Tried baking same recipe at diff degrees, no success. Please help!
