Kenmore range model 790.9601, oven will not come o...

Kenmore range model 790.9601, oven will not come on, preheat or broil. is there a relay or is the broiler element bad. I don't see anything burnt or broken on this element.

0 I have a Kenmore electric range, 970.6362 Lower oven element (Bake) was burnt out and nothing related to the oven would come on. My new element (316206000) is on order. Top element has a resistance of 14 ohms. The burnt out element was open, no continuity.
