Kenmore Range model no. 911.4698690. Sometimes, usually after using the oven, an "alarm" sounds and the display panel reads "F-1". I can sometimes get it to stop by using the fan for a short time. Also, I oven will not broil . The top unit may be out I'm not sure, I have someone who will check that for me. Are these 2 problems related? Thanks
