NOT SURE OF MODEL: HOWEVER THE STOVE HAS SMALL GREEN LIGHTS LIT SHOWING THE STOVE IS LOCKED. HOW DO I UNLOCK THE " LOCKTOP " ON THE STOVE BECAUSE BURNERS WONT LIGHT. ALSO THE " LOCKOVEN " LIGHT IS ON & THE OVEN WONT OPEN. WHAT CAN I DO TO UNLOCK THESE?
