Question About Kenmore Range 970-68613B
Please help find the manual for this Kenmore Range...

We just moved into a new house and this is the stove that came with it. We cannot get the oven to work and the cooktop doesn't warm up enough to even boil a pot of water. We are trying to get someone to come and fix it but they won't come unless we have the manual and we can't seem to locate it anywhere in the house. Please help :)
