Everything has quit on the fridge, no lights, nothing is working. Is there an in line fuse on model 501-78312 that could cause everything not to work?

3 I had the same problem. A repairman fixed it for under $60. There is a board in the back of the fridge. A fuse on it is blown. He soldered a wire to bypass it. The repairman explained that when you buy a new board from Kenmore it already has this fuse bypassed.' Obviously, Kenmore has messed up with this fuse!! It is frustrating that they have not been up front with their customers about the problem and how to fix it.
