Question About Kenmore Refrigerator 1069642210
Excessive running and noisy...

Trying to see whether the insulation / seal is the culprit, or if it's the compressor. It runs way too often to maintain it's temperature. Do I have it too close to the wall? I got it used and it was rusty on the bottom and the radiator looked a little banged up.
