0 this has happened to my refrigerator 3 times in two years. Had extended warranty but technicians don't show up when they are supposed to and never call to tell you they won't be there. And this is after waiting a week or more after the initial call for service. The circuit board has been replaced and a fan motor has been replaced already. Yesterday, another error code appeared. I regret purchasing this product...especially with the high $ amount it cost plus the extra few hundred $ in extended warranties and their renewals. So, tell me, how does it feel to own a $3000+ paperweight? I'll never purchase another sears/Kenmore product again, that' for sure.
