Question About Kenmore Refrigerator 57262791
model 57262791 blower doesn't run for several hour...

model 57262791 blower doesn't run for several hours so everything starts thawing out,then it comes on and works for a day. I have cleaned all coils.

5 Your Defrost Timer may be bad. Your fridge goes into defrost mode every 12 hours or so. It varies by make model etc. Sometimes the " Timer " can stick in defrost mode causing a delay before it will run again. Normal Defrost cycle should last up to one hour, but no longer. You need to get it checked out. Pro Techs will cost more, but in general are better techs. You can find someone to work on it for less on Craig's list. Good luck
