Question About Kenmore Refrigerator 596 76589500
my refrigerator says off and I cannot push any but...

my refrigerator says off and I cannot push any buttons to turn it on, Model # 596 765 89500 I have tried pressing the "quick cubes" then the arrow up on freezer and releasing the quick cubes and holding the arrow up. Nothing happens. Unplugging it doesn't change anything
