We have a Kenmore bottom freezer fridge model # 79...

We have a Kenmore bottom freezer fridge model # 795.7101.9012 and we would like to raise the temperature in the fridge & freezer. Please advise how to do this. Cannot find the answer in the owner's manual. Thanks.
