How do I clean this toaster? The 2 minuscule trays are worthless. The toaster collects crumbs on the top - the black plastic cover has an opening around the whole of the toaster and the crumbs go between the plastic and the stainless steel. There is no way to clean the inside bottom of the toaster. As I said, the 2 trays are worthless. They only remove less than an eighth of all the crumbs and then there is still so many crumbs left and turning it upside down and shaking it doesn't work either!
