Question About Kenmore Trash Compactor 41600
my compactor has broken with the plunger in the do...

my compactor has broken with the plunger in the down position. I can't raise it up to open the drawer. I can't pull the unit out from the cabinet because Tile floor was laid after compactor was installed and now there is no vertical room to get the unit out. What are my options. It is an old model 41600.
