I have a Kenwood BM450 with manual. The manual does not give me the breakdown of the times it uses for each individual function of each program, only when it emits a signal for adding nuts etc. How long are the various cycles, i.e. mixing, resting, proving, baking etc? i am experimenting with sourdough baking in the Kenwood, otherwise a very good piece of machinery. does anybody out there know??
