Why i cannot make a nice loaf with my BM258 kenwoo...

Why i cannot make a nice loaf with my BM258 kenwood bread maker? I have follow the instructions/recipe book but still cannot success as trying so many time. The loaf came out with no raise, hard, sticky and it doesnt look like the loaf that i bought in bakery shop, but i have ony 1 time sucess that look like a loaf since i am trying many times.
