Question About Kenwood Dishwasher KID60B12

I have a Kenwood integrated dishwasher KID60B12, brand new and the first time I try it, it started beeping after 20 min and the dirty water was at the bottom! Ijust had it replaced from Currys as the first model was doing the same thing. Any ideas please? what's the probability of having the pump not working on 2 dishwashers coming from the same store?

0 Hi, yes we resolved it. We were actually silly becasue there was a cap on the waste trap under the kitchen sink!
