0 The Kenwood KDW60S12 is a very low quality machine, in my opinion. I've had one for 16 months and the heater has now packed up. However, I have a scanned handbook/manual but it doesn't show how to repair anything. I also have extended guarantee, but as it was bought as a gift, they won't come out because the addresses don't match!
