Question About Kenwood Food Processor FP185

I fit the clear bowl and lock it to the base. I fit the white bowl (with sieve in its base, shown as part no. 18) on top in place of the lid with feed tube. But the white bowl's interlocking tab appears to be approx 20mm too low to rotate into the slot. Help !
