I bought a Kenwood Juicer some time ago but wanted to use it recently. The lock/unlock button is at the lock mode and so I cannot use the juicer as the speed button also does not move from No. 1 to No. 2 position. What is wrong with the appliance. I misplaced the instruction manual and so cannot refer to it.
