Hello i have a new Kenwood Microwave MW757 i was going to heat the past so i put it in it and pressed the Auto button for pasta but it doesn't work it freezes in A-7 and it won't play start what should i do it's a really new one, i unplugged the outlet and replugged it but nothing it shows A-7 and then 0:00 i can't even set the clock plz help me??????
