MICROWAVE NOT COOKING...

MICROWAVE HAS STOPPED HEATING THINGS UP - INTERNAL PLATE DOES NOT SPIN & THE LIGHT WILL NOT COME ON. IS THIS JUS A CASE OF CHANGING THE INTERNAL BULB? ANY ASSISTANCE APPRECIATED.
