Question About Kenwood Microwave Oven KGJAL31
Microwave not working...

if I press the start button the timer will start going down but the plate will not rotate and no heat seems to be generated (no noise is made). I have tried re-setting/clearing the programme but it still does the same. Can you offer any advise to fix??
