My nearly 4 year old Microwave MW786 suddenly star...

My nearly 4 year old Microwave MW786 suddenly started to make a labouring graunching sound from the roller ring driver mechanism. Is this a servicing issue or maybe signs of something more serious? Thanks Stuart
