The door handle will no longer work and I need to ...

The door handle will no longer work and I need to remove the outer casing to look at the door linkage. However, there are two hex screws at the rear and I am finding difficulty removing them as I cannot find a tool that will fit the hex screws. Can you tell me where I might find such a tool.
