Hi my kenwood ck440 duel fuel double oven is reach...

Hi my kenwood ck440 duel fuel double oven is reaching the correct temperature on traditional convection cooking and hot air cooking but not on convection with ventilation, the fan element has just been changed but it won't go about 175, why is that? Any help would be great thanks
