I can not fing the model number or the manual of our Keurig coffee machine, and we are having some problems. No matter which size cup of coffee you request you only get about 1/2 of what you should get. When checking it out it seem like about 1/2 of the hot water is going back into the resevoir instead of into your cup. I tryed cleaning it thinking that must be the problem but it didn't help. Please help us, we miss our coffee maker!!! Debbie
