Just got home from purchasing a special edition keurig, cleaned parts, plugged in and no instruction manual. Also short 1 coffee cup from the the pack box that came with item. Please tell me how ho make a cup of coffee. I filled water resivor, pressed start, machine made some noise now all I see is prime - thats when I looked for the manual and saw that I didn't have one. thanks
