Descaled my coffee maker...then, AFTER it was descaled, the descale indicator light turned on. Bottom line, the coffee maker will not make coffee. No use manual, and do not know model. If I describe the buttons on my machine, would you be able to figure out the model number? Better yet, is there a model number someplace on the coffee maker that I do not know to look for?
