My neighbor gave me his B60 coffee brewer. It works fine when I brew my own coffee with the coffee basket assembly. But when I put in a k cup the water comes out clear, all over the place and doesn't go through the coffee grounds. In reading the user manual it mentionsa "funnel". I don't see a funnel - do I need this?...if so, how/where do I get one? thank you
