When water is brewing it "overflows", rather than ...

When water is brewing it "overflows", rather than channeling water trough bottom of brewer funnel. Have already de-scaled brewer 1X with White Vinegar + have held down BREW button (with power OFF), but machined plugged in to drain Reservoir. Suggestions? Keurig K-Cup K10 MINI Plus Brewer @ Target (Oct. 13, 2013). Jan Still-Lindeman@att.net
