Question About KitchenAid Blender 4KPCB348PPM0
Change Coupling...

I ordered a new coupling for the blender, and was told it just screws on and off, however, when I try to screw the old one off it just spins and spins. How am I supposed to unscrew it??? The Blender just looks like one piece, it doesn't look like it can be taken apart. THANKS!! ralivatseva@comcast.net
