Coffee makers clean light was on and I cleaned the maker. Light is still on. Does that mean it's not clean yet? Or how do I get light to turn off

1 I put a new filter in and the clean light keeps flashing. Plus it will not let me set the clock. Would not purchase this item again or refer this product to anyone.
