I have a kitchenAid coffee maker Model # 4KCM51408...

I have a kitchenAid coffee maker Model # 4KCM51408-1.It has worked great but this morning it would not start and an ERR 2 message appeared. What does this mean and how do l it? Many Thanks

0 hello, my coffee maker came with 2 styles of filters. Unable to find manual. The metal basket in which you use no paper filter did have some restrictions on use. I recall it may have been regarding size of grind? anything else?
