I have had a KCM222 Kitchenaid coffee maker for a bit over a year. It no longer brews and displays an "err2" error message. I tried pressing the "brew" button to reset it as suggested by the user manual, to no avail. It's been used in normal conditions and worked fine until a couple of days ago. What should I do?
