The elements in my convection oven all appear to work sometimes, but most of the time, one or more of the elements don't work as required. For instance, while preheating in Bake mode, the lower element may not come on even though the picture says it is. Also, sometimes in convection mode I have only the fan working, so I've had to resort to non-convection baking.
