Question About KitchenAid Convection Oven None
install burner switch?...

The variable heat burner is messed up - the light won't turn off and settings are wrong ... I was able to turn the burner off by playing with the settings, it says HIGH right now but is actually OFF. I think I need to replace the burner switch - does anybody know how to do that? Do I need to purchase the manual or is it simple? Thanks!
