Question About KitchenAid Convection Oven None
locked oven and won't open....

i accedentally got my oven locked,when i turned it on to clean and it started smoking because of lasagna spilled in it, and i pressed cancel,and it cooled off and it won't open and says locked and i pressed cancel again and it says it's too hot and it's not. i can't get it to open to get a model number. please help.
