Question About KitchenAid Cooktop KECC568MSS00
Kitchen Aid cooktop lower left dual burner...

My electric cooktop kitchen aid KECC568MSS00, lower left DUAL BURNER is not working at all, it started like 2 weeks ago with this failure but when it restd for about 4 hours it restarted again. But today stopped completely. And also when turned on the HOT ligth remains on for about 30 min What is the part thats not working.??? thanks P.D desperate mother of to twin boys in Venezuela and i am not sure of the qualifications of a kitchen aid support here thanks
