hey there, I've taken my elelctric cooktop out and oppened it up and the dual burner on the left front has not been working. It appears the connection in the center is loose or broken. Any experience removing and repacing this part? Seems rather fragile, not immediately apparent how the connection snaps "in or out". Thanks for any help out there.
