a brief history...the plastic control cover fell off while unloading the dishes and the computer ribbon unplugged. I re-attached the ribbon to the pins but since then the child lock has been flashing. I disconnected power to the unit for a few minutes as well as depressed the energy saver button for much more than 5 seconds. Any suggestions? thanks
