Did not start. Panel lights did not lite up. Inspe...

Did not start. Panel lights did not lite up. Inspection revealed fried power supply cord. Did not trip 15 amp breaker. Removed unit from under counter. Tilted on side to drain water and access connections. Replaced cord. Unit is upright, but water line is not connected. Panel lites do not lite up. Does not start.
