Does not drain after cycle is complete: I must hit...

Does not drain after cycle is complete: I must hit cancel to get the dishwasher to drain completely: Dishes have residue left on them I cleaned the DW with Vinegar and also ran a cycle with Lemi-shine to clean it. The draining is the main problem.
