Does our Kitchen Aid dish washer Mod #KUDM25shwho have a food chopper? It does not empty the water. I am assuming that the filter is blocked

0 it has a soft waste chopper...not so much food chopper...have you taken the drain hose off and placed it in a 5 gallon bucket and tried to drain it? may have drain hose restriction, bad pump or if you've installed new garbage disposal...may have not knocked out the plug
