Door latch appears broken...

The door latch is "soft" and sticking and making it hard to open the door. How do I disassemble the door to access the latch? I need to determine whether I need a new latch or latch bracket. I see 12 screws around the perimeter of the inside of the door. Is that it? Is anything going to pop out?
