flashing lights, control panel will not respond to touch...

i have a quiet whisper 24" model #kudpo2crbl. The control panel flashes on /off. I will not cancel out and return to a non flashing/no light mode. Th control panel seems to not want to respond to any touch!! Help!

0 Could be a control panel or touch pad failure. Did you try resetting by turning off breaker for 30 minutes?
