I have a broken wheel on the upper basket of my KU...

I have a broken wheel on the upper basket of my KUDS30FXSS1 dishwasher, so ordered new part W10350376. How do I install this part as this is only one part of the whole piece that forms the rack adjuster. Can't seem to extract old piece to replace it.
