My dishwasher is only 3 months old!!! It does not ...

My dishwasher is only 3 months old!!! It does not wash!! How can I tell if there's enough water going to it.I already had the soap dispenser replaced,checked filter,have the rinse aid on high,EVERYTHING IS STILL THE SAME-----
