My KUDT03FTSS will not finish the cycle. All panel...

My KUDT03FTSS will not finish the cycle. All panel lights go out then come back on with the "Start/Resume" light flashing. Affter pushing "Resume" it runs for a few seconds and the whole problem repeats.
